Field Marketing Manager, ANZ

Six Degrees Executive is proud to be partnering with Celsiusto find their Field Marketing Manager, ANZ. 

This is a big build role. 

Celsius is continuing to grow across Australia and New Zealand, and this person will be responsible for building and leading the ANZ field marketing function from the ground up. You’ll lead a distributed team across multiple states, build out ambassador and university programs, and bring the brand to life through sampling, events, fitness, sport and local community activations. 

We’re looking for someone who has strong experience across field marketing, experiential, events, partnerships or community marketing, with a track record of leading teams and delivering activations at scale.

You’ll be involved in everything from:

• Building, recruiting and leading the ANZ field marketing team
• Developing the national field marketing and sampling strategy
• Leading activations across fitness, sport, universities, events and local communities
• Building ambassador and university partnership programs
• Managing national sampling targets and performance
• Working closely with agencies, suppliers, venues and event partners
• Managing budgets, logistics, stock, merchandise and activation requirements
• Taking learnings from the field and using them to continuously improve how Celsius shows up locally

We’re looking for someone with ideally 5+ years’ experience across field marketing, experiential, events, partnerships or community marketing, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering activations across multiple markets. You could come from FMCG, beverage, sport, fitness, lifestyle or an experiential agency environment. The industry background is less important than having genuinely led people, programs and activations at scale.

You’ll suit this role if you’re highly organised, energetic, commercially minded and comfortable building in an environment that is still evolving.

Importantly, you’ll need to genuinely enjoy being close to the consumer. This isn’t a role where everything happens behind a desk. There will be regular travel across Australia and New Zealand, with some evening and weekend activity around key events and activations.
