About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing & Warehouse Workers to join our team across Melbourne’s Northern & Western Suburbs. These roles are essential in supporting warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
📅 Shifts: Monday to Friday (Some SAT and SUN)
⌚Day, Afternoon & Night (preferences not guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, sort & pack products

Operate basic machinery & equipment
-
Conduct quality checks
-
Maintain a clean & safe workspace
-
Follow safety & hygiene protocols

Pick, pack & label items for dispatch
-
Organise stock, inventory counts & rotation
-
Operate forklifts 🦾 (licence required), pallet jacks & tuggers

Use RF scanners for product tracking

Meet daily KPIs & deadlines
Requirements
-
Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred)

Physically fit – able to lift & handle materials

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with RF scanning (advantage)

Attention to detail & strong work ethic

Positive, team-focused attitude
-
Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
