CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

This is an opportunity to join a young commercial builder that's growing!
You will work across several live projects rather than being tied to one long-term build. The role is office-based, with site visits as required, and hybrid arrangements are available for the right person.
The current pipeline includes five active sites within one repeat-client program, more awaiting award, further interstate club work and several projects in early contractor involvement. Continued growth has created the need to strengthen the commercial team.
With offices in Melbourne and Geelong. The business delivers new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments across quick-service retail, health and fitness, childcare and education.
The business is introducing practical AI tools across calls, meeting notes and estimating support. Training is provided, so previous experience with AI is not required, but you should be comfortable adopting new systems.
You will need Victorian commercial construction experience, ideally gained across fit-outs, refurbishments or multi-site programs. Experience in quick-service retail, health and fitness, childcare or education would be relevant. Strong AS contract knowledge and the ability to manage several smaller projects concurrently are essential.
The salary package is up to $150k, including super. You must have commercial construction experience working for a local builder.
