Job Description The Transformation Office is seeking a Business Design Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across ASC. Reporting to the Business Design Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse complex business challenges, design future-state solutions, and drive meaningful change outcomes. This role combines hands-on business design expertise with people leadership responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence high-impact programs that support ASC’s strategic objectives. Working in a dynamic transformation environment, you’ll help define how ASC evolves its processes, capabilities and ways of working to deliver lasting business value.
