CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join a well-established industry leader specialising in raw material supply and bulk earthworks across Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Auto Electrician who enjoys working independently, maintaining a fleet of light vehicles and earning excellent money without having to work FIFO.

With $70/hr flat + super on ALL hours, paid door-to-door travel and optional Saturday work, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

• $70 per hour flat + super on all hours!

• 50–55 hours per week – excellent earning potential.

• Earn $3,500–$3,850 per week + super based on 50–55 paid hours.

• Monday to Friday | 6:00am–4:00pm.

• Optional Saturday work – additional 5-hour shifts available.

• Perth Metro Field Service – work across NOR & SOR locations.

• Home every night – No FIFO!

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a fleet of approximately 30–40 light vehicles, predominantly Ford Rangers and Toyota Hiluxes, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and operational.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Electrical diagnostics, fault finding and repairs across light vehicles.

• Troubleshooting wiring, lighting, ignition systems and electronic control units.

• Completing preventative maintenance, servicing and component rebuilds.

• Identifying and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.

• Maintaining fleet reliability and minimising vehicle downtime.

• Working autonomously across field service locations throughout Perth Metro.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want an experienced, hands-on Auto Electrician who can hit the ground running!

• Trade Qualified Auto Electrician – Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.

• Ideally 5+ years post-trade experience.

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing light vehicle fleets.

• Strong electrical diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.

• Confident working independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety.

• Current driver’s licence.
