THE ROLE
- Identify and secure new property management opportunities across Canberra
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective clients
- Conduct appraisals and present compelling property management proposals
- Generate your own leads while capitalising on warm opportunities
- Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless handover
- Represent a respected local brand with a strong service offering

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in Real Estate Business Development
- Demonstrated track record of winning new managements
- Strong knowledge of the Canberra property market
- Confident conducting appraisals and converting landlords
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and financially driven
- Current ACT Real Estate Licence / Class 2 Licence
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in business development
