You’ll be the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics. You will be welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
- Recommend Kieser’s products and services
- Conduct membership consults
- Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
- Answer questions and resolve problems for clients
- Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Initially, this is a part-time opportunity, with the potential to increase to full-time hours based on operational demand.
Must-haves:
- Valid working rights in Australia
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- National Police Check

- 1+ years of relevant work experience
