You’ll be growing the Forefront brand, working in the construction sector or helping develop emerging sectors we’ve identified. We do things differently, leveraging technology, continually refining our approach to recruitment and prioritising long-term client relationships.

You’ll work directly with a Director and team with over 20 years of experience, backed by a proven recruitment process and an admin and marketing team to support you. Ongoing internal and external training will help sharpen your skills and advance your career.

This is a phone-based sales role. You will be making cold calls, speaking with candidates who aren't actively looking, developing new relationships and following up on opportunities. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Client connections matter here. You’ll work with businesses that have been with us since day one while fostering new relationships under our methodology.

If you have at least a year of recruitment experience in construction or a similar field, can demonstrate a process, actively close deals and build strong relationships, this could be for you.

You’ll be supported by marketing and admin, allowing you to spend more time on revenue-generating activities. We want people who can take ownership, manage themselves and ultimately develop their own market within Forefront.

Flexibility is built in, but performance and consistency come first. We’re based on the Mornington Peninsula and have recently purchased a new local office, which we’ll move into towards the end of 2027. It’s an investment in the next stage of Forefront and the team we want to build. We want people to remain connected to the team, but we don’t micromanage people who are performing and taking ownership.

We also make sure the hard work is worth it. We regularly host clients and the team at events including the races, tennis and golf, along with team days throughout the year.

Base salary sits between $75k-90k plus super, with quarterly commission and structured annual bonuses. Put the work in, build your desk and there is significant opportunity to increase your earnings and your responsibility within the business.
