About the role
Join an established HVAC team delivering maintenance, hygiene and minor remedial works across commercial sites. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced HVAC Technicians before progressing to independently managing your allocated works.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC filter replacement and condition reporting
- Clean AHUs, FCUs, coils, plenums, grilles and ductwork
- Flush condensate drains and clean drain pans
- Complete minor duct repairs, sealing and corrosion treatment
- Identify and report defects requiring licensed technician attention
Qualifications/Experience required
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Electrical, HVAC, mechanical or metalwork experience highly regarded
- Strong practical and hands-on skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail
