Your new companyOur client is a global organisation that offers end-to-end project management and consulting services across the logistics and industrial sectors. Different to your standard PM firms, the PM function of this business is only a small part of what they do for their global clients. This particular role will see you working on data centre projects, but in the longer term could include a broad range of projects. Our client is seeking a senior contract administrator that can be seconded into one of their major data centre clients.
Your new roleYour role as Senior Contract Administrator will see you support the delivery of data centre and critical infrastructure projects by assisting with commercial administration, contract management and project documentation. Working closely with the Commercial Lead, Project Managers and client stakeholders, the role helps ensure strong commercial governance, accurate reporting and smooth daytoday project operations. You need to be able to be based 34 days in a modern CBD based head office and 12 days a week site based North/West.
What you'll need to succeed- Strong communication skills and confidence as you will manage all stakeholders within the process- Degree qualified in construction management or quantity surveying- 5-10 years experience as a CA
- Proven longevity with past organisations
- Strong background with a VIC Tier 1 or 2 commercial/industrial builder
- Experience working in data centres would be ideal, but if not, experience on other large $30m+ projects
