- Manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and organisational policies.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Facilitate organisational change and support leaders in managing transitions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Services Business Partner should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proven experience in providing HR advisory and business partnering services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools to support HR processes and reporting.
