About Real Response
At Real Response, we do training differently.
We bring together emergency professionals, educators, and creatives to deliver immersive, high-impact training that sticks because in real emergencies, there’s no time to second-guess.
Over a decade ago, our founders Ben and Motti saw a problem: too many people were leaving training without the confidence to act in real-life emergencies. So they set out to change that creating a new kind of training where realism, confidence, and hands-on experience are at the core.
Today, we’re a team of 40+ passionate professionals working across Australia and beyond. We run nationally recognised training in first aid, fire safety, emergency drills, mental health, tactical medicine, and security.
We proudly work with organisations such as Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT), University of Melbourne, Metro Trains, Australian Federal Police and many more.
From small businesses to high-risk industries and government departments, our reach is wide, but our impact is always personal.
We’re not just teaching skills, we’re empowering people to save lives.

Company Overview
Real Response is an Australian training company with a global footprint. Founded with a mission to ‘Empower people with vital skills to navigate critical situations’, Real Response meets this mission through the use of simulation both live and synthetic. Since its inception in 2014 Real Response has trained over 20,000 students annually across Australasia, Asia and the Middle East & transformed the way first aid is taught both domestically & internationally, by immersing participants in simulated medical emergencies, much like elite medical teams, military and police forces are trained. Their clients include some of the most high risk organisations within government, heavy industry, manufacturing and transportation. As a result of our training methodology, Real Response has been entrusted by numerous high risk organisations around Australia & the globe to deliver first aid training for their staff. Real Response has transformed the way safety courses are taught by immersing participants in simulated emergencies, much like elite medical teams, military and police forces are trained. Real Response believes that training is not just a compliance exercise, and tailor their approach for organisations so that the impact of the training is strengthened, replacing the standard off the shelf service which is generally provided.
