$150k- $180k+ super
My client is a major player in the Victorian construction industry, from the perspective of concrete repair, strengthening, remediation, all round structural enhancement works. National business, delivering projects all over Australia, but with their core business in Melbourne, they work on the VIC's major projects. From Vicroads highways/bridges, to wharfs, wind farms, to some of our iconic tunnels.
Your new roleThe role of Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all the commercial / finance aspects for all projects. Projects ranging to $5m in value.
With a strong turnover, recognised brand, history of working on some of VIC's most exciting infrastructure and building projects this is an exciting opportunity to slip into a thriving business and build.
What you'll need to succeedOur client's requirements MUST be met;Civil contractor or commercial builder
Experience on civil infrastructure project or major building projects
8-15 years experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to drive junior engineers, maintain strong culture
Drive, enthusiasm, personalityBased in SE
What you'll get in returnWork for an already thriving business. Working alongside the construction manager, and reporting to the owner (both top guys!) Work in a sector where investment is constant. SE based office, Modnay to Friday, 8-5pm.
