Business Support Officer Temporary

DNA Recruitment are partnering with a Council in the South of Melbourne to recruit for a Business Support Officer role. This role provides administrative support to a local government department on a short term contract with a view to ongoing work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the business unit
• Utilise internal knowledge base and database systems to seek and maintain customer information including producing reports when required
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service during all touch points with internal and external customers

ABOUT YOU

• A positive, confident and enthusiastic attitude. Attention to detail with a focus on customer service
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages
• Ideally you will have some experience and knowledge of Council systems including Pathway, Technology One, TRIM.
• Immediate availability for temporary contract work
