Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

• Proven experience in a business development role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• A valid driver's licence and car to manage client visits effectively.
