The Opportunity
As our Barista, you will deliver a high standard of consistent service as the first point of contact for members and guests using our food and beverage facilities. You will provide professional, courteous support while attending to the needs of members and guests across all outlets.As the Barista you'll be responsible for producing excellent, consistent coffee with speed and efficiency, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive, clean, organised, and wellrun coffee operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of coffee beverages
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests by consistently demonstrating professionalism and upholding Canterbury's values.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across all dining and service areas while ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment, contributing to the achievement of operational goals.
About You
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous Barista experience.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
- Full availability across Wednesday to Sunday
