About Our Client:
Leading cooling components repair specialist in Australia, proudly providing the heavy industries with unmatched quality to maintain and improve asset performance.
Roster:
- Monday to Thursday 6am to 3pm
- Friday 5am to 2pm
- 8 hour days, 2 x 30 min breaks
- 40 hour week
What you will need:
- Drivers Licence Class MR
- HRW Licence class LF - Forklift
- Basic computer literacy
What you will be doing:
Maintain laydown area to approved plan
- Ensure laydown area is kept organised and tidy
- Liaising with waste and general maintenance contractors
- Conduct housekeeping including in the workshop, laydown areas, amenities and car park
Receive goods
- Take photos of customers jobs on delivery
- Unload deliveries using forklift or appropriate manual handling methods
- Collect and deliver delivery docket to Administration Officer
- Collect and attach tags to all components and parts in the laydown area
- Collect parts and consumables by light vehicle
- Check deliveries against docket for receipting
- Store components, parts and consumables as per approved plan
- Record location of all components and parts within the laydown area
Dispatch goods
- Prepare components for freight including detailing, packaging and labelling
- Load components for freight using forklift or appropriate manual handling methods
- Take photos of loaded components
- Deliver and collect parts and components via medium rigid vehicle
Transfer components between bays
- Liaise with the workshop personnel on workshop requirements
- Prepare components and parts in advance for workshop
- Transfer components between bays as required using forklift
Assist stores where required
- Stocktake
- Receipt goods received
- Pick and stage parts
