For Senior Consultant / Subject Matter Expert or Principal Consultant / Specialist Advisor to support the development of vital workplace frameworks for a progressive organisation dedicated to transforming workplace relations.
- Requires: Extensive experience in workplace relations, WHS, or employment law, coupled with proven expertise in policy development and stakeholder collaboration.
- Salary guide: $70,000 to $110,000 based on hours worked and experience.
- Location: Sydney.
Your normal day will involve:
- Supporting the development of the 'Fair, Safe & Respectful Framework' and related resources.
- Collaborating with Creative Workplaces to enhance the framework and related materials.
- Creating workplace policies, learning resources for workshops, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Conducting continuous stakeholder consultations to refine the framework.
- Delivering user-friendly and effective resources to improve workplace relations practices.

You will need:
- 7–15 years (Senior Consultant) or 15+ years (Principal Consultant) experience in workplace relations or employment law.

- Ability to manage complex projects independently and engage with multiple stakeholders.
