Join the Mining Pro team
Mining Pro is seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to support our operations at Coronado’s Curragh Mine Complex.
This is a full-time opportunity on a 7/7 roster with back-to-back swing coverage. Flights are available from Brisbane, with a BIBO option from Rockhampton.
The Role
You’ll help coordinate workforce requirements and provide practical HR and administrative support to our site team. You’ll work with employees, site leaders and the broader Mining Pro team to support workforce planning, compliance and day-to-day site operations.
Skills and experience
You’ll bring:
- A working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Queensland work health and safety requirements
- An understanding of Queensland mining legislation and site compliance requirements
- Experience interpreting enterprise agreements
- Knowledge of industry training and assessment frameworks
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- Qualifications in HR or business administration
- Return to Work or rehabilitation experience or qualifications
- A current Australian driver licence
*Mining or resources industry experience will be well regarded
