BELMONT, WA

Warehouse Supervisor – Belmont

Comsupply is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our small warehouse team of around 6–7 people at our Belmont Distribution Centre.

We are a close-knit, hands-on environment where the Warehouse, Trade and Customer Service teams work together every day to keep orders moving and deliver great service to our customers.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be very much part of the team — coordinating the daily workload, supporting and guiding your people, keeping safety and stock accuracy front of mind, and getting involved in the day-to-day warehouse operation when needed.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Customer Service team, you’ll help create an environment where people communicate, support each other and take pride in getting the job done safely and well.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Team Leader or Supervisor who enjoys the teamwork and personal connection of a smaller operation.

Comsupply, a division of Capral Aluminium, is Western Australia's leading supplier of architectural components, hardware and accessories for the glazing, security and fit-out industries. As part of the Capral Group, we combine the strength of a national organisation with the personalised service of a local business, supplying quality products and reliable service to customers across Western Australia.

What you'll get

  • Competitive salary + benefits
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Genuine career development opportunities within a national organisation
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Ongoing training and leadership development

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach and support the warehouse team to achieve safety, service and operational objectives
  • Oversee all warehouse activities including receivals, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
  • Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate daily workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales and Transport teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support inventory management, stocktakes and compliance with company procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse or logistics team
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A genuine commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with warehouse systems and inventory control
  • Forklift licence (essential)
  • Experience within manufacturing, building products, metals or industrial distribution will be highly regarded

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol testing.
