Warehouse Supervisor - Permanent Role | $80K-90K | Bowen Hills

Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology in a permanent full-time position based in Bowen Hills, QLD.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations, supporting staff performance, and ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. The position suits someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

7am-3pm | Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations
• Lead, support and develop warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with rostering, performance management and productivity monitoring
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Work closely with purchasing and transport teams

About You

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage daily workloads and priorities effectively
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, or warehouse management systems)
• Reliable, organised and committed to high performance
