About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, hands-on storeperson to join the warehouse team. Whether you’re just starting out or already have warehousing experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the support of an experienced team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing orders: Accurately and efficiently prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Stock management: Handle incoming/outgoing stock, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organised
- Cable cutting: Operate machinery safely to accurately cut and prepare cable for customer orders
- Forklift operation: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock (we’ll help you get your licence if you don’t have one yet)
- Deliveries: This is not an essential requirement, but can be a part of the role if you’re interested in driving the work truck for local deliveries
About You:
- You might be starting out or already have some warehouse experience under your belt
- You’re comfortable with the physical demands of a storeperson role, including lifting and moving stock in a fast-paced environment
- You’re reliable, hardworking and keen to learn
- A current drivers licence is essential
- A forklift licence is desirable - but we’ll support you in obtaining a forklift licence if needed
- An MR Truck Licence is a bonus if you’re interested in doing deliveries
