Warehouse Order Picker Operator - Afternoon shift
- Responsible for the safe and efficient handling of freight.
- Operate order pickers and forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

A current LO licence and experience operating an order picker is ESSENTIAL.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our freight forwarding team.
This is a hands-on role responsible for the safe and efficient handling, receiving, checking, staging and dispatch of freight. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and understand the importance of accuracy, safety and meeting deadlines.
Shifts
Mon - Friday
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload and check incoming freight
- Pick, pack, label and prepare freight for dispatch
- Load and unload containers, trucks and other vehicles
- Sort, stage and consolidate freight for delivery
- Operate order pickers and forklifts
- Assist with container devanning and loading
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Safely handle cartons, pallets and other freight
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety requirements
- Report damaged, missing or incorrectly labelled freight
- Follow company procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to getting the job done
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work in a busy freight/warehouse environment
- Safety-conscious and attentive to detail
- Comfortable following instructions and working independently when required
- Experienced in warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding environments
A current LO licence and experience operating an order picker is ESSENTIAL.
