Our client is a privately owned gold mine situated approximately 130km south of Townsville and 90km east of Charters Towers in north-east Queensland.
Your new role
Due to upcomingProject works, we are seeking an experienced WarehouseOperative to join the team on an 8/6roster (rotating day & night shifts) on an ongoing basis. This is a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) role from Townsville,with meals and accommodation fully providedduring your roster.
In thisfast-paced mining warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:
Receipting and dispatchinggoods Inspecting incomingmaterials Conducting stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy Unloading deliveries andde-stuffing containers using a forkliftWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successfulin this role, you will have:
Proven warehouse experience on a mine site (essential)Current forklift ticketManual driving licence MR licence (highly regarded but not essential)
