We are seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner to join a busy private practice in Noble Park, Victoria. • Care Coordination: Liaise with specialists, hospitals, and community services to ensure integrated care pathways and follow-up.

• Quality Improvement: Participate in practice meetings, audit and quality improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience.

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with current Australian medical registration.
• Previous general practice experience and current clinical competence in primary care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to cultural competence and respectful care for a diverse patient population.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a full patient load.

• Experience in chronic disease management, aged care, women’s health, or paediatrics.
• Fellowship with RACGP or equivalent postgraduate qualifications.
• Additional skills in minor procedures, skin checks, or mental health care.
