VR General Practitioner – Full Time or Part Time - Mixed Billing

A Vocationally Registered General Practitioner is sought to join a newly built, modern Health Hub located in Belgian Gardens, Townsville, North Queensland. As a privately owned and doctor-supportive facility, the practice is designed to make general practice efficient, collaborative, and sustainable. The incoming doctor will practice in brand-new, purpose-built consultation rooms equipped with modern facilities, enjoying strong and consistent patient demand alongside full clinical autonomy to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

The clinic environment fosters a collegial and respectful team culture, supported by an experienced administrative staff and a dedicated nursing team. Comprehensive Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support is integrated directly into the workflow, while on-site allied health and complementary health services streamline multi-disciplinary care. This position offers exceptional flexibility, catering to both full-time and part-time session preferences to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Remuneration features a competitive mixed-billing structure, providing 65 per cent of generated billings paid weekly, backed by an initial $150 per hour guarantee for the first three months.
