🔥 AM/PM Shift Voice Picker – Chiller Warehouse

We're seeking motivated Voice Pickers to join a busy chilled warehouse based in Eastern Creek. This is an ongoing casual opportunity with reliable full-time hours, regular overtime, and the chance to secure long-term employment with a well-established team.

⏰ Shift Details

AM Shifts: (5am - 1pm) OR (8am - 4pm)

PM Shift: 1:30pm – 9:30pm
Flexible start time available from 3:00pm

This is an ongoing casual position, so applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, as well as weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

🎧 Pick and prepare customer orders using a voice-picking system
📦 Safely lift, move, and handle stock weighing up to 20kg
✅ Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About You

✔ Reliable, punctual, and committed to your work
✔ Available for morning OR afternoon shifts, including weekend work
✔ Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting, manual handling, and being on your feet throughout the shift
✔ Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
✔ Able to work efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
✔ Previous voice-picking experience is beneficial but not required—full training is provided
