Used Car Sales Manager (AC8226)

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to take ownership of a busy, high-performing used vehicle department within one of the Illawarra's leading automotive groups.

This role is ideal for an established automotive leader who enjoys driving results, coaching sales teams and building a profitable used vehicle operation.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a high-volume used vehicle department, with responsibilities including:

• Leading, mentoring and developing an established sales team.

• Driving sales volume, gross profit and departmental performance.

• Managing vehicle stock, pricing and merchandising.

• Desking deals and supporting negotiations.

• Maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and compliance.

• Working closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or a highly capable Assistant Sales Manager ready for the next step.

• Strong used vehicle retail experience within a dealership environment.

• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.

• Commercial awareness with proven results in volume and profitability.

• High levels of energy, accountability and professionalism.

• Current driver's licence.
