What You’ll Be Doing

As a Turbine Blader, you’ll play a critical role in the repair and overhaul of steam and gas turbines:

  • Inspect, repair, de-blade and re-blade turbine rotors and casings
  • Disassemble mechanical equipment with precision, ensuring QA compliance
  • Install and secure turbine blades, supporting rotor balancing (static & dynamic)
  • Work on outages and overhaul projects for power generation and industrial customers
  • Collaborate with fitters, machinists, welders, and engineers to deliver complete turbine overhauls

What You’ll Need

  • Trade qualification (Fitter/Machinist, Turbine Technician, or similar) with turbine-specific training
  • Hands-on experience with steam and/or gas turbine maintenance (power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industry ideal)
  • High attention to detail, precision, and safety focus
