One of the most respected agricultural organisations in the region is going through a phase of infrastructure expansion. They are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable to join their team.
Working closely with the accounting department, your main duties will include:
- Data entry of supplier invoices;
- Producing batch payments and sending for approval;
- Liaising with relevant suppliers and sub-contractors via telephone;
- Ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail; and
- Provision of general accounts and compliance work as required.
Ideally, our client is looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience in an accounts environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with the SAGE accounting system however, experience in this program is not required. You will however, have a high level of computer literacy as well as exceptional data entry skills.
