Shadforth Civil is seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Systems Expert to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing ERP and digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a TechnologyOne Technical Support Specialist, System Administrator, Key User or Power User to support and optimise our TechnologyOne environment while helping the business adopt a new ERP solution.

**This position is offered as a fixed-term contract, with consideration for a permanent full-time appointment for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

As the TechnologyOne Systems Expert, you will provide technical and functional support across our TechnologyOne environment and act as a key link between technology and the business.
You will support the current ERP implementation, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing, data migration and user support, while helping build internal TechnologyOne capability for go-live and ongoing system administration and improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical and functional support across TechnologyOne
• Support TechnologyOne Financials, Contracts, Purchasing, Projects, Work Orders and Payroll
• Investigate system and configuration issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Support system configuration, workflows, security, user access and business rules
• Support UAT, defect resolution, data migration and go-live readiness
• Assist with internal system integrations
• Develop and improve Business Process Automation (BPA) and system workflows
• Develop practical system documentation, procedures and user guides
• Support and coach Key Users, Power Users and business stakeholders
• Work with TechnologyOne consultants and external specialists as required

About You

We are seeking a hands-on TechnologyOne professional with strong technical and functional knowledge who can quickly understand our implementation, solve problems and support the team through testing, go-live and beyond.
You may currently be working as:

• TechnologyOne Systems Specialist
• TechnologyOne System Administrator
• TechnologyOne Technical Support Specialist
• TechnologyOne Key User / Power User
• Finance Systems Specialist with strong TechnologyOne experience

Ideally You Will Bring

• Hands-on TechnologyOne experience in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of at least one TechnologyOne module, particularly Financials, Administration or Contract Management
• Experience providing TechnologyOne support, troubleshooting and/or administration
• Experience with finance, payroll and/or asset management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with TechnologyOne ERP implementation, upgrades or integrations will be highly regarded
