Technician - Concentrator (Ore Processing)

Casual Full-Time Roster | 7D / 7X / 7N / 7X | Commencing Late September 2026

About the Role

Reporting to the Ore Processing Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the milling circuit and associated processing equipment to achieve production targets while maintaining plant integrity. The role will support daily operations, equipment reliability and continuous improvement across the processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate the milling plant and associated processing equipment
  • Complete pre-start inspections and routine operational checks
  • Identify, report and assist with resolving equipment breakdowns and process issues
  • Report and document safety incidents, hazards and near misses
  • Participate in shift handovers and provide accurate information to incoming crews
  • Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Metallurgy and Operations teams
  • Support daily, weekly and shutdown maintenance and operational plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Successful candidates will also be required to:

  • Pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Be willing to obtain a Police Check
  • Meet all relevant site and pre-employment requirements
