About the Role
As a Technical Product Owner, you'll drive the discovery, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of technology products across a diverse portfolio. Working with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and Senior Product Managers, you'll translate technical concepts into business outcomes, support roadmap planning, and help ensure products are delivered with clarity, confidence and strong governance.
  
Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Drive the discovery, roadmap, and delivery of AI products such as Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and open-weight LLMs across the business
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders across multiple business groups
• Support roadmap planning and AI-related risk, governance, and control processes, including policy and data sovereignty considerations
• Use data and insights to track product performance and guide decisions on adoption and improvement
• Balance the needs of a highly federated organisation, helping business groups adopt central AI capability

Skills and Experience

• Strong technical background with a product mindset and experience, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry
• Genuine product mindset
• Strong AI literacy, including practical understanding of generative AI, LLMs
• Ability to write technical papers and advise senior business stakeholders with equal confidence
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
