Technical Operations Supervisor
Heidelberg Materials is looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our Farleigh Laboratory team. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services across concrete and aggregate testing, while maintaining laboratory operations, quality systems and compliance requirements.
About the Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, including equipment, maintenance and quality systems.
- Coordinate concrete and aggregate testing programs to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and testing requirements.
- Oversee equipment calibration, servicing and certification schedules.
- Analyse and validate test results using QESTLab, SAP and associated systems.
- Supporting laboratory staff while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
About You:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in construction materials testing.
- Demonstrated experience in concrete and aggregate testing.
- Sound understanding of NATA accreditation requirements and laboratory quality systems.
- Qualifications in Construction Materials Testing.
- Proven ability to lead, train and coordinate team members.
