This is a customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, assess technical designs, and ensure high-quality delivery into production.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong capabilities across Functional Specifications & Non-Functional Requirements
• Highly developed skills in facilitating requirements gathering activities (e.g. workshops), analysis and the ability to extract requirements from both business and users
• Proven experience working within complex application landscapes supporting core business functions.
• Partner with the IT business engagement team to scope, define, and prioritise application enhancements.
• Excellent Excel and SQL skills.
• Understand technical design and assess impacts of new technologies on existing applications and services.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
