Systems Administrator - SAP SuccessFactors

• Own and optimise a critical enterprise SAP SuccessFactors platform (Employee Central + Recruiting)

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Administrator who can confidently manage BAU administration while also leading enhancements, release activity, and problem-solving across the business. You’ll sit at the centre of HR tech - working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to ensure the platform performs at its best.

About the role:

• Own the day-to-day administration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, MDF objects, data models and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Plan and deliver biannual releases including impact assessment, stakeholder comms, regression testing and deployment
• Monitor and uplift system health, performance and data integrity
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as the escalation point for BAU incidents and platform defects
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external SAP/implementation vendors to deliver enhancements and best practice outcomes
• Maintain governance, documentation, controls and continuous improvement cadence

About you:

• Strong hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment
• Deep experience with Employee Central (essential)
• Demonstrated support of SuccessFactors Recruiting
• Confident with RBP, MDF, workflows, business rules and configuration-driven problem solving
• Experience supporting a major upgrade, release cycle, or implementation (highly regarded)
• Strong stakeholder management—able to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes
• SuccessFactors certifications highly regarded
• Exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly regarded
