Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and physical support to individuals in need
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals

All candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Current and valid full Drivers Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Cleared National Criminal History check (or willing to obtain)
- OR current and cleared NDIS Worker Check
- Experience working within Aged Care or Disability Services
- Ability to work within a team and also autonomously
- Working rights in Australia
- Smartphone to access rostering application
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Desirable Criteria:
Fluent in either of the following languages; Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic.
