About The Role:
Join our growing team as we seek for multiple passionate and dedicated Casual Support Workers to provide quality, person-centred support across our accommodation sites in Guildford and Toongabbie.
- Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.
- Provide respectful, person-centred personal care and daily living tasks, including domestic duties and behaviour support.
- Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
- Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
- Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
- Experience supporting customers in a accomodation setting.
- Confident and comfortable driving a 12-seater van.
- Comfortable with personal care and supporting participation in activities.
- Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with complex behaviours and behavioural support plans.
- Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
