No two shifts will look quite the same. You might be supporting someone with daily living tasks, getting out into the community, building new skills or working towards a personal goal that is important to them. At the heart of it all is creating an environment where people feel respected, supported and empowered to make their own choices.

With a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, you’ll have variety in your work, flexibility in your roster and the support of a team that cares about doing things well. If you bring compassion, reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life on their terms, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Respond flexibly and reliably to rostered shifts and changing client support needs.
  • Identify and report hazards, incidents and risks, and contribute to opportunities that strengthen the quality of support we provide.
  • Participate in supervision, learning and professional development to continue building your skills and confidence.

  • Relevant experience supporting people experiencing mental health challenges to work towards their goals and build greater independence.
  • Diploma in a human services related field, Certificate IV in Mental Health, or an equivalent qualification supported by relevant experience.
