About the Role
Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with an established civil construction contractor seeking experienced Civil Supervisors with subdivision and bulk earthworks experience for opportunities across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
We're looking for hands-on Supervisors who can confidently lead site crews, coordinate subcontractors and oversee the delivery of residential subdivisions, bulk earthworks and associated civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations across civil construction projects
- Supervise crews, subcontractors and plant operators
- Coordinate works to meet programme and project targets
- Oversee earthworks, roads, subdivisions or piling activities
- Maintain site safety, quality and environmental standards
- Manage labour, plant, materials and site resources
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and resolve site delivery issues
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
Must-have:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor
- Strong background in subdivisions and bulk earthworks
- Experience coordinating earthmoving plant and civil crews
- Sound knowledge of civil construction methods and site operations
- Ability to manage subcontractors and construction programmes
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
Nice-to-have:
- Experience delivering large-scale residential subdivisions
- Exposure to detailed earthworks and site preparation
- Experience overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors
