The Portfolio
- Approx. 65 buildings / 800 lots
- Predominantly residential
- Only 1 BMC
- Well-structured, stable portfolio with established clients
- Office-based with WFH flexibility available after probation
Responsibilities
- Full end-to-end management of a residential strata portfolio
- Independently preparing for and running AGMs and EGMs
- Managing owners, committees, contractors, and service providers
- Financial oversight including budgets, levies, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance and best-practice strata management
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio
- Confident and experienced chairing AGMs
- Confident managing a medium-sized portfolio with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
