About the Role
As part of our growing Early Childhood Intervention team, you will support young children and their families through evidence-based, family-centred practice. In partnership with families, educators and multidisciplinary professionals, you will empower children to build the skills, confidence and independence needed to participate meaningfully in everyday life.
You will be based out of Biyala Community Hub in Armstrong Creek deliver services across homes, clinics, group programs and early childhood education settings.
About You
We're seeking professionals who share our commitment to empowering children and families through inclusive, collaborative and evidence-informed practice.
To be successful, you will have:
- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
- Experience in the delivery of paediatric speech pathology services
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check Clearance
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Medicare Provider Number (or willing to obtain)
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, compassionate and family-centred approach to supporting children and families
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured and registered vehicle
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundations and Advanced modules
- Completed NDIS Worker Training Modules
