About the role:

This contractor opportunity is ideal for experienced Speech Pathologists seeking flexibility, independence, and control over their clinical work.

You will manage your own caseload, schedule, and clinical focus—choosing the clients and areas you want to work in—while leveraging the systems, infrastructure, and support provided behind the scenes.

• Operating your own independent practice under an established brand
• Managing your own caseload, appointments, and clinical direction
• Delivering high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services

Requirements:

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated clinical experience across relevant practice areas
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care
