    About the role:

    As a Speech Pathologist, you will join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services across multiple settings, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. This is a mobile role, offering flexibility to work from home or from local hubs when not seeing clients.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities
    • Supporting clients within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity, and social engagement
    • Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (where relevant)
    • Completing timely documentation and report writing
    • Managing a diverse and engaging caseload
    • Meeting professional and organisational expectations, including billables and client management
    • Attending supervision, meetings, and professional development sessions
    • Building strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and referral partners
    • Working across modern software platforms and digital tools

    Requirements:

    • A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
    • Current SPA membership and eligibility to practice in Australia
    • Registration or eligibility to work with NDIS participants

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities
    • Confidence working independently and within a team
    • A commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
    • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel (for community roles)
