Our client is a forward-thinking allied health practice in Brisbane, founded by two dedicated Occupational Therapists. They are passionate about providing personalised, client-centred care while creating a supportive and empowering work environment for our team.

As they continue to grow, they are excited to expand into Speech Pathology and welcome their very first Speech Pathologist to help establish and shape this new arm of their service.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of client groups and settings, including in-clinic (Ipswich), community, and in-home services. Together, you’ll create a caseload that aligns with your interests and goals. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be:

• Providing high-quality, client-focused Speech Pathology services
• Working closely with Occupational Therapists for integrated care
• Helping design and develop our Speech Pathology service model
• Accessing regular mentoring and external supervision
• Participating in planning, goal setting, and team case discussions

About You:

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about Speech Pathology and excited to be part of a warm, collaborative, and forward-thinking team. You'll need:

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
• Certified Practising status with Speech Pathology Australia
• Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Experience in disability, community, or paediatric services is a plus
