About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to conduct Self-Managed Superannuation Fund audits while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality audit outcomes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing audits of SMSF financial statements and compliance requirements
  • Reviewing audit evidence and identifying audit queries
  • Liaising with accountants and SMSF administrators to obtain required documentation
  • Resolving audit matters efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on technical and complex audit issues
  • Supporting workflow management and audit scheduling requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of audit quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Ensuring audits are completed within required timeframes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards completion)
  • Previous experience within audit, accounting, or SMSF environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals
