Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out | Sydney

Lead Group are looking for a Site Manager to join a large, national fit out business offering highly competitive pay. They deliver high end commercial interiors, with projects ranging from $500K to $5M and beyond, and have a very strong pipeline of work ahead.

The role
This is a permanent site role for someone who sets high standards and delivers on them. You’ll run premium commercial fit outs across the CBD, working alongside a team of site managers and leading hands.

You’ll be the key person on site, making sure every project is delivered safely, on program and to a premium finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Running your site day to day and coordinating all trades through to a premium finish
• Driving a safety first culture with an all trades HSEQ approach
• Delivering complex elements, including interconnecting stairs and stairwells
• Working closely with designers to bring design intent to life on site
• Keeping projects on program through clear communication with PMs, CAs and trades
• Solving problems on the ground and representing the business professionally

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ site management experience in commercial fit out
• Experience on high end, multi level fit outs, including stairs and stairwells
• A genuine safety first mindset
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
