About Our Client

Coppabella Mine is located approximately 140km southwest of Mackay and is a surface mine utilising Dragline, Dozer, Truck and Shovel mining methods.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operating electric rope shovels in an open cut coal mining environment
- Loading haul trucks efficiently and safely to meet production targets
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting mechanical issues
- Working collaboratively with production crews and mine dispatch
- Adhering to all site safety procedures and operational standards
What You Will Need
- Previous experience operating mining shovels - P&H 4100 Rope Shovel
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
