Your new companyOur client is a well-established commercial fit out contractor experiencing strong growth across NSW and the ACT. With a healthy pipeline of retail and commercial projects secured through to Christmas and beyond, they are looking to add experienced Shopfitters to their team as they continue expanding their presence in the market.Known for delivering high-quality fit out projects and maintaining a strong team culture, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. Permanent opportunities are available for the right candidates.Your new roleWorking on retail and commercial fit out projects across Sydney and surrounding areas, your duties will include:

• Installing joinery, wall linings, fixtures and fittings
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Completing detailed finishing work to a high standard
• Working alongside site supervisors and other trades
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and on schedule

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Shopfitter or Joiner
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Own tools
• White Card
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
