Allstar Blue are currently recruiting for experienced Superintendent to join our Client's service branch inKalgoorlie. Our Client is a Global leader and require the services of an experiencedService / Operations Superintendent to be based on site in a permanent position.
The Role will consist of managing all operational aspects of the Service Branch including the following: *Workshop Services *Mechanical Field Services *Conveyor Belt Maintenance Key Responsibilities: *Provide effective management and guidance to the mechanical and belt splicing/rubber lining teams. *Carry out investigation of customer complaints (Quality, tolerance, specifications and condition or products). *Ensure the branch reaches set targets (Financial, KPIs relating to operational services/parts and product sales). *Ensuring all company OH&ampS policies and procedures are met. *Provide technical liaison services between product divisions, sales personnel and customers. Requirements: *Minimum 5 years experience working with the maintenance of conveyor belt systems. *Significant experience managing or supervising a mining related service operation. *Sound experience and clear leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide others. *Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and analyse financial and operational reports.
